The young boy is said to have suffered cardiac arrest when he almost drowned at a swimming pool in Ibiza.
A poolside lifeguard gave the boy CPR in a bid to save his life. He was transferred to a hospital on the neighbouring island of Majorca due to the seriousness of his condition where he remained in intensive care.
The incident occurred on Friday and it's believed the youngster is now stable and recovering in a children's ward.
