Gardaí are investigating after a teenager was found unconscious in north Dublin.

The 17-year-old boy was discovered at the Airside Retail Park on Sunday at around 1.30am.

He was brought to Beaumont Hospital by ambulance.

Officers say investigations are ongoing.

It is claimed that he sustained injuries after an organised fight, and is being treated for a serious head injury.
