A man in his early 20s was attacked last weekend

Gardai in Co. Wicklow are investigating a serious assault in Bray last weekend.

A man in his early 20s received serious facial injuries when he was attacked by another man on the Strand Road in the town. It happened at around 2:40am.

He was taken to St. James' Hospital for treatment and has since been released.

His attacker is described as being 6-foot-5 inches tall with brown hair and was wearing a pale blue and white stripped t-shirt.
