The Dublin Cocktail Festival is taking place this week and we've been experimenting with thanks to House Dublin. As winter comes ever closer, this Housewarming cocktail is the perfect recipe.

What you'll need:

• Irish Whiskey
• Brandy (preferably pear brandy)
• Apple Juice
• Red Apple to garnish 

Insider tip... Best served with Irish Toffee and an Autumn Spice Bag (clove, cinnamon, anise, dried orange peel and nutmeg).
