What you need:
- 2 avocados
- 10-12 slices of streaky bacon
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 220°c/428°F.
- Slice the avocado into strips and wrap in bacon.
- Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 15-30 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and crispy.
- Serve and enjoy!
