Coronavirus outbreaks in the home dropped by nearly 60% last week.
There were 262 outbreaks linked to private houses in the week leading to Saturday – down from 652 the week before.
Just two weeks ago there were 1,057 outbreaks recorded in home settings.

The latest figures from the Health Protection Surveillance Centre (HPSC) show there were a total of 348 outbreaks recorded around the country last week.
There were 12 outbreaks recorded in schools, down from 19 the week before.
Meanwhile, there were recorded in Irish hospitals and 21 in workplaces.

The two outbreaks recorded in food processing plants led to 17 new confirmed cases; however, the two recorded on construction sites led to less than five.
The 17 clusters in other workplaces led to 25 new cases.
