The High Court is expected to rule next week on whether to grant Denis O'Brien an interim injunction to stop RTE broadcasting a report about his banking affairs with IBRC.

The court today heard a fourth day of arguments from lawyers over RTE's plans for a report into the state-owned bank and its relationship with major borrowers.

Journalist Mark Tighe of The Sunday Times was in court for today's proceedings.

He says a lot of the legal argument revolves around Dáil comments by TD Catherine Murphy - and whether she has already revealed the details that RTE is now trying to report.
