class="MsoNormal">The success of the company saw it open branches across 26 countries.

class="MsoNormal">

class="MsoNormal">It has a presence in several markets including Mexico, Singapore, Jordan as well as several European bases.

class="MsoNormal">The group specialises in payment solutions for banks, merchants and tourists.

class="MsoNormal">

class="MsoNormal">Last year it processed almost 3 million tax-free transactions.

class="MsoNormal">It has been bought by Exponent Private Equity after 6 months of talks.
