Dublin-born sisters Carol and Therese McNally set up their Water Babies Business in Ireland in 2009.

Despite launching during the recession, the franchised-based business has grown steadily.

It now teaches  3,000 babies and toddlers to swim in 42 pools across Ireland each week.   

There seems to be no end to the growth of this business as further expansion seems to be on its way.
