Early mist will clear to give a bright day with a mix of cloud and sunny spells.

Scattered showers can be expected especially in western and northern areas.

Afternoon highs will be between 16 to 19 degrees in moderate southwesterly breezes, fresh at times near northwest and west coasts.

Many places will be dry tonight with clear periods and just a few showers in northern parts.

Some patchy mist or fog will also develop, with overnight lows of 10 to 13 degrees.

Cloud will thicken later in the night with rain moving into southwestern and southern areas.
