It will be generally dry at first today, but rain will develop across Ulster and Connacht during the morning.

In the afternoon to evening, the rain will push into Leinster and Munster but will become more patchy and broken.

Highest temperatures will be between 17 to 20 degrees in fresh southwest winds.

It will become clear overnight with lows of 10 or 11 degrees. Fog patches will develop towards dawn in light breezes.
