Four people have been arrested after gardaí in Dublin seized drugs worth an estimated €1.2 million in two separate operations.
Two men, aged 40 and 49, are being questioned after gardaí stopped and searched two cars on the N2 in Finglas yesterday at around 1pm.
Cannabis herb worth about €300,000 was discovered.
The two men are being held at Finglas Garda Station.
In a separate operation, gardaí carried out a planned search of a premises in Irishtown yesterday afternoon at around 4pm.
They seized heroin, cocaine and cannabis with a street value of €880,000.
A man and a woman, both aged 29, were arrested and are being held at Irishtown Garda Station.
