A Cabinet minister is denying that Ireland is being stonewalled in its efforts to get a deal on its debt.
It is over two years since an agreement was reached on the Anglo Irish Bank promissory notes, which was hailed at the time as a 'game changer'.
There were hopes that the taxpayer could be saved billions of euro on borrowing costs - but there has been little progress since then.
However Foreign Affairs Minister Charlie Flanagan believes it is still being worked on.
Speaking to Newstalk Breakfast, Minister Flanagan said "these are issues that again will continue to remain top of the agenda during the course of the autumn session" for the Taoiseach and the European finance ministers:
