A United Airlines flight has had to make an emergency landing at Dublin airport. The Irish Times reports that the plane was travelling between Manchester and Washington but had to land at Dublin Airport due to technical difficulties while in the air. The plane landed safely at 1.17pm.

The flight is due to resume tomorrow morning at 10.30am, on a replacement aircraft.
