Half of all people who sought advice from the Free Legal Advice Centre last year sought information regarding family law, money and debt issues.
The FLAC says there is a need for accessible legal information and advice, and they want fairer systems.
The group publishes their annual report for 2012 today, which also shows that over 25,000 people accessed their phone line and centres.
