A hearing will be held to determine if the companies should have their licenses revoked

Five companies involved in the construction of the Berkeley apartment building, where six students died when a balcony collapsed last summer, face losing their licenses. The five companies 'performed inferior work that led to the accident last year,' the California State Contractor's licensing board found after a nine month investigation.

A top official in the board said that 'poor workmanship' led to the water damage that caused the balcony to rot and eventually collapse.

The major political parties will meet to discuss the formation of a minority Government

Weather warning for tomorrow

Met Éireann has issued two weather warnings for the south of the country as heavy rainfall is expected tomorrow. A status orange “be prepared” warning will be in force for Cork and other parts of the south coast tomorrow as the worst of the weather is expected from 6am on Sunday until 6am on Monday.

Two men, who were among four people charged in relation to the Brussels attacks, have been charged with 'terrorist murders.' Mohamed Abrini, one of the two charged with 'terrorist murder', has admitted to being the 'man in the hat' filmed at Brussels Airport, moments before the deadly explosions took place last month, according to the Belgian federal prosecutor.
