Graham Dwyer's trial has heard he repeatedly denied to gardai sending text messages to Elaine O'Hara about stabbing and rape.

The architect of Kerrymount Close, Foxrock was arrested in October 2013 the month after the childcare worker's remains were found at Killakee mountain.

He denies her murder.

In his third garda interview Graham Dwyer admitted being in a bdsm relationship with Elaine O'hara.

He said they'd met a few times, she wanted to cut herself and once asked him to kill her.

He told detectives 'I wouldn't cut anyone' and he later said that he wasn't into stabbing.

He said he was terrified of his dirty laundry being aired and that he wanted to protect his wife Gemma.

When detectives read out the contents of text messages he allegedly sent to Elaine O'Hara about rape and killing -there were repeated denials of 'that's not me' 'oh my god that's not my phone'

The prosecution is expected to finish calling evidence by lunchtime tomorrow.

Detective Sergeant Peter Woods has told the jury the accused replied 'I don't know what you're talking about' after he was cautioned by gardaí at his home on the morning of October 17th 2013.

The court has heard four interviews took place during his 24 hour detention at Blackrock garda station.
