The final report into what caused flight MH17 to come down over Ukraine in July last year will be released later.

298 people were killed when the Malaysia Airlines jet was seemingly shot down over an area where pro-Russian separatists operated.

The Dutch Safety Board will look at the cause but will not deal with blame, because a separate criminal inquiry is being carried out.
