A man and a woman in their 30s have died in a collision in Co Donegal.

The two cars collision happened on the N13 Letterkenny-to-Derry Road at Moyle near Newtowncunningham shortly before 2.30 this afternoon

The man and woman were pronounced dead at the scene.

Another man was taken by ambulance to hospital in Derry.

Gardaí and the emergency services are currently at the scene, the road is closed and diversions are in place.
