Some 81% of Irish people say the world would be a less safe place if Donald Trump becomes the next US president.
A Red C/Paddy Power poll also finds that 31% of respondents would be less likely to visit the United States, if Mr Trump gets into the White House.
Of those, 32% are men and 29% are women.

Just 6% of those surveyed believe the world would become safer if the Republican candidate becomes the next president of the United States.

Red C interviewed a random sample of 1,002 adults between February 18th and 21st.
Mr Trump has promised throughout his campaign to build a wall along the US-Mexico border, and to deport some 11 million immigrants living illegally in the US if elected.
He has also proposed a temporary ban on Muslims entering the United States.
Mr Trump has also traded words with Pope Francis, after the pontiff described his views on immigration as "not Christian".
The presidential hopeful has also said that he no longer cares about his Doonbeg golf resort in Co Clare.
