Businessman Denis O'Brien's injunction bid to stop RTE airing a program about his banking affairs is back before the High Court today.

The broadcaster had undertaken not to broadcast details relating to the report until the hearing takes place.

IBRC bank is also seeking an injunction against RTE - their case will also be dealt with today.
