Denis O'Brien's bid to stop RTE broadcasting a report about his financial dealings with IBRC is entering its third day at the High Court.
Lawyers for the state broadcaster yesterday said the businessman can't complain if the media, whose role it is to monitor the powerful, does its job.
Mr O'Brien claims that revelations about his private banking details will damage him commercially.

IBRC's lawyers are backing the businessman's call for an injunction – saying there's a public interest in maintaining confidentiality between a bank and a customer.
