Comedian and Children's author David Walliams has revealed that letters sent to him by young fans have been stolen.

London Police informed the Little Britain star's post, containing a large box of fanmail sent to his publisher, was stolen by thieves.

Walliams posted an apology to his 1.6m followers on Twitter and asked them to write again if they haven't received a reply.
