A man missing from Co Cork has been located safe and well.

Patrick O'Driscoll (45) was last seen at around 10am on Wednesday morning in Clonakilty.

An appeal for information on his whereabouts was launched yesterday.

However, gardaí have now thanked the public and the media for their assistance - and say no further action is required.
