Gardaí are questioning two men after the constituency office of the government Chief Whip was set on fire in New Ross, Co. Wexford.
The men are aged 21 and 33. They were arrested after two properties were burgled and badly damaged overnight. While a car was also set on fire.
It is understood the office of Wexford TD and Minister of State at the Departments of An Taoiseach and Defence Paul Kehoe was one of the premises attacked.
