While a minority are campaigning for a No vote saying it will give the State too much power.

With just 3 more days to canvass voters emotions are getting high on both sides of the campaign.

Yes vs No

On the Yes side are political heavy-weights and an alliance of charities and advocates for children.

While on the No side are a smaller but no less impassioned group.

With the weight of so many on the yes side campaigners for No are feeling the strain.

But they say they are hoping for a miracle.

Voters will be asked on Saturday to insert a new article 42a into the Constitution which offers to give more rights to children whether their parents are married or not.

Taoiseach Enda Kenny is calling for a Yes vote while solicitor and criminologist Malachy Steenson is campaigning for a No vote.
