A man has been arrested after gardaí seized an estimated €360,000 worth of cannabis in Co Waterford.
Local gardaí, supported by the Regional Armed Support Unit, searched a premises at Riverstown Business Park in Tramore earlier today.
They discovered what's described as a "large cannabis cultivation operation".

Up to 450 cannabis plants were growing in the building.

A man in his 40s was arrested at the scene.
He's now being held at Tramore Garda Station under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996.
