Caitlyn Jenner will not be charged over a fatal car crash in Malibu in February of this year.
Prosecutors say there is not enough evidence to prove Jenner caused the crash and so they have declined to bring charges.
"Based on the facts, cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the suspect's conduct was unreasonable," prosecutor Patricia Wilkinson said, the LA Times reports.
A 69-year-old woman, Kim Howe, died in the crash. The incident happened less than three months before Jenner publicly announced she had decided to live her life as a woman.
Jenner's attorney, Blair Berk, said "we are heartened the district attorney has agreed that even a misdemeanor charge would be inappropriate.
"A traffic accident, however devastating and heartbreaking when a life is lost, is not necessarily a criminal matter."
