Let's face it - Budget day is depressing.

It's also incredibly difficult to avoid. 

Which is why here at Newstalk.ie we've decided to triumph those few noble individuals who've chosen to look on the bright side... Or at least make light of the fact that today, the rest of us are convinced there isn't one.

There's nothing like an amusing quote from someone's child to make us forget all our troubles

Or the suggestions for things the Government should consider taxing... You should have gotten your ideas in earlier, lads! 

Failing that, Love/Hate's ability to be relevant to almost everything should make you crack a smile
