Sinn Féin says the 'era of austerity' will not truly be over unless water charges and property taxes are abolished.
Party leader Gerry Adams says no amount of increased spending will make up for the extra bills families are facing.
Mr Adams says the government should show the same regard for "ordinary people as they show to the elites".
The party have argued that they would abolish the Local Property Tax and water charges - and also include a programme for investing in health, education and disability services.
Mr Adams says the Budget should be used to help ordinary people and take the pressure off them.
