The Brazilian President has met youth leaders in a bid to end over two weeks of nationwide protests.
Dilma Rousseff held discussions with student and labour unions, as well as gay rights advocates - which she described as the start of a new dialogue with Brazil's young people.
The protests have focused on the high cost of staging next year's World Cup - as well as a poor public services.

FIFA President Sepp Blatter has pledged to give at least 100 million dollars in profits raised from the tournament back to Brazil as a goodwill gesture to the protesters.
