Benedict Cumberbatch appeared on The Graham Norton Show on BBC One last night as part of the promotional tour for The Imitation Game. The actor happily took full advantage of the light-hearted, playful tone of the show.
For someone whose screen performances are often intense and on-edge, Cumberbatch seems like great fun altogether in person. On the show last night, for example, Cumberbatch photobombed his own waxwork, playfully deflected queries about whether or not he will feature in the new Star Wars film, and also finally pronounced the word 'penguins' correctly.
However, a definite highlight came during a dance-off, in which some of the guests tried to replicate Beyonce's Crazy in Love strut. Cumberbatch's effort was equal parts ridiculous and stylish.
