Bank of Ireland has admitted responsibility and apologised for a delay in salary payments for thousands of public sector workers this morning.
For the second time in four weeks, thousands of public sector workers didn't receive their wages on time because of a delay at the bank.
However all payments have now been received and all accounts should be credited by the end of the day.
The bank has apologised to anyone who experienced a delay today.

Several government departments who pay their wages through Bank of Ireland had earlier confirmed that many workers hadn't received their pay as usual this morning.
Today's problems are similar to those of four weeks ago, when wages were also delayed by problems at Bank of Ireland.
