Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to an incident which saw a man, who subsequently died, knocked out of his electric wheelchair by a truck.
The collision happened at Hanlon's Corner on the North Circular Road in Dublin at around 4:13pm on Tuesday September 30th.
The man (87) was knocked out of his electric wheelchair by a white truck - believed to be a Mercedes.

He was taken to the Mater Hospital, but died on Friday October 3rd.
Gardaí say the driver of the truck failed to remain at the scene after the incident.
Officers are anxious to speak to the driver, any persons who can provide information, or who witnessed the collision, to contact them at the Bridewell garda station on 01-666 8200.
