Gardai are appealing for the help of the public in tracing the whereabouts of a missing 17-year-old girl. Naomi Whittington was last seen in the Tallanstown area of Co. Louth on the evening of April 13th.

She is described as being around 5-foot-6 inches in height, of small build with green eyes and has dyed orange hair that is shaven at the sides with designs.

When last seen she was wearing black tights, khaki coloured shorts, a blue 'Black Sabbath' t-shirt, black jacket, navy hooded top, grey and navy Converse boots and a navy ‘NY’ baseball cap.

She has been known to frequent the Cavan Town area.
