Gardaí in Co Clare say a missing man has found safe and well.

50-year-old James Shannon had been missing from his home in Inagh since Saturday, August 26th.

A public appeal was launched yesterday for help in tracing James.

However, he has now been located safe and well.

Gardaí have thanked the public for their assistance.
