A post mortem will resume this morning on the body of a man discovered in Co Kildare.
The identity of the man has not yet been established and gardaí are appealing for information.
The body was discovered in Rahin Wood, near Carbury, on Friday evening.
Gardaí were alerted and the location was sealed off to faciliate a technical examination.
The area remains sealed off and members of the Garda Technical Bureau will resume their examination this morning.
The man's body was taken to Naas General Hospital, where the Assistant State Pathologist Dr Margaret Bolster began a post mortem examination yesterday. The post mortem will continue this morning.
The process of identifying the dead man is ongoing.
It is believed the body may be that of missing 24-year-old Philip Finnegan, who was last seen at his home in Dublin on August 10th.
