A Dublin man has been cleared of murdering his neighbour, but found guilty of obstructing the prosecution of his brother, who later admitted killing him.

Anthony Locke of Ramillies Road, Ballyfermot claimed he’d no choice but to help his brother Bernard clean the crime scene and hide the body.

Christopher Jackson’s remains were found in a wardrobe at his apartment on Prussia St, Dublin 7 on September 8th 2012

His girlfriend said he fell into their flat with a knife sticking out of his chest after answering the door to two men a few nights beforehand.

Mr. Jackson's body was wrapped in a duvet and covered in plastic bags when it was found in his wardrobe a few days later.

A post mortem found he'd been stabbed up to 70 times.
