Anti-water meter protesters are set to take to the streets of South County Dublin again today.
Community groups in Dun Laoghaire say they'll meet at the People's Park at 3pm this afternoon calling for the charges to be scrapped.
The energy regulator finally approved the new pricing system this week, more than two months after the charges kicked in.
There won't be any free allowances for adults but costs are capped at €160 per year for single-adult homes and €260 a year for all others.
Households will also pay €17 for a one-off meter reading outside their usual billing period.
