Flying at hundreds of miles an hour surrounded by crying babies and under strict instructions on how and when to fasten your seatbelt is stressful enough, with perhaps a moment in the bathroom acting as some brief respite - but not on Flight 931 last week.
After the flight took off from SFO, the crew discovered the supply of toilet paper in the plane’s bathrooms would soon run out - and with nothing to replace it.
After neglecting to stock the plane with a supply of toilet paper, crew asked the passengers to make do with what they could and provided some cocktail napkins.
The airline, which has been dogged by accusations of poor quality service, says they could have stopped to stock up on toilet paper but it would have delayed the flight.
