13 bodies have been pulled from a collapsed building in India.

50 labourers in the coastal town of Goa, were working on the building when it caved in at around midday.

According to witnesses the structure collapsed like "a pack of cards".

Fire and rescue crews are using cranes and bulldozers as well as shovels and bare hands to free the trapped labourers.
