14 people have been died in a shooting at a cinema in the US state of Colorado.

Gunmen have opened fire at a cinema in Denver, Colorado, during a screening of the new Batman movie – The Dark Knight Rises.

14 people are dead and as many as 50 are injured.

Police are now thought to be searching for a bomb in the car park outside the cinema – and it’s understood the FBI is considering raising the national security threat level.
