This is not for the faint hearted or anyone eating their lunch!

A Canadian man popped a spot on his neck after leaving it for 20 years to mature. Naturally his wife decided to film this momentus occassion.

Going under the pseudonym of Andy Peppers, he told MailOnline the spot finally became an issue when he and his wife were travelling through Laos, in south-east Asia.

'The lump started to grow and it got to the point that it hurt for me just to tilt my head back because of all the pressure. We realised we needed to get this thing to "release".'

They did some research online on what to do and his wife stocked up on some basic first aid essentials.

At first only clear liquid came out when his wife pierced the skin but soon thick white pus followed.

'Then, some of the multiple white-heads started to release.'

He added that he and his wife continued to attack the spot two or three times a day for nearly a week – draining more pus each time.

‘Each time stuff would come out. Sometimes a lot - like A LOT,’ he said.

Although he still has the lump on the neck he says it is barely visible.

I wonder if he named it? Lumpy?
