International cruise tourism in Ireland has been growing year on year since 1991 with the number of cruise ships calling at our ports increasing 200% in the past two decades.This summer has been Irelands best cruise liner season in 60 years with some port seeing passenger number hikes of 50%. More than 100 ships visited Dublin, Cork, Belfast and Waterford this year leading to €200 million trade to the economy.
