Pearse Lyons is the founder and President of Alltech, a global animal health company which employs a staggering 3,600 people. If that wasn’t enough he also is the brainchild for the Alltech International Craft Beers and Food Fair which is on in the Convention Centre in Dublin on the 7^th and 8^th of next month.
