Niall McGarry an Irish entrepreneur and the owner and founder of JOE.ie and Her.ie, the largest male and female-focused websites in Ireland speaks to Bobby this week. Both websites fall under the banner of Maximum Media, the new umbrella company founded by Niall. Niall has always had a flair for business and ran many mini business ventures while only a teenager at school in Castlebar in the 1990s. He graduated in 2002 with a degree in Marketing Management.  The sites combined, attract 1.7 million unique views each month and over 30 people are now employed full time between the two sites and this number is set to double within 18 months.
