Irish fashion chain Primark, which trades here as Penneys, last night opened its first US store in Boston.
Fashion bloggers and influencers were invited to the grand opening of its 271st shop at Boston Crossing.
As management would have hoped, they have been sharing images of what they saw.

They have proudly added the new location to their world map of stores.
Primark opened its first store in Dublin in 1969 and today operates 270 stores in nine European countries, and now one in the US.
A second US store in Philadelphia will open in coming weeks.
The openings come amid poor results recently for the company.
Figures this month showed sales growth slowed significantly this summer, though overall revenues still grew by 13% in the year.
