We are looking for an innovative and proactive self-starter to join our growing Solutions team. Reporting to the Head of Solutions, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing creative and innovative solutions for our valued clients across our portfolio of products.

Solutions will form the backbone of the Communicorp One sales strategy, knitting together multiple products and platforms to create a truly engaging concept.

This is a great opportunity for a talented, ambitious and highly driven individual to work with two amazing national broadcast brands Today FM and Newstalk, along with a brand new sales entity.

Key responsibilities:

• Working across multiple departments to create innovative advertising solutions;
• Effectively managing the client relationship from campaign conception to completion;
• Be accountable for increasing sales revenue, new client acquisition and existing account growth;
• Effectively work cross-functionally across the organization to shape the product to meet client needs;
• Driving conversion rates through the sales funnel via a ‘best in class’ user experience;
• Constantly monitoring the performance of campaigns to optimise and consult for best performance;
• Using your media sales thinking, strategies and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture and vision for the future.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Passionate about innovative solutions and have a clear commercial instinct;
• Enjoy solving problems and love taking on challenges and finding creative solutions;
• Attention to the detail. As far as you are concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing well;
• Have a clear understanding of the media sales environment;
• Driven and focused on results;
• Have a deep knowledge of the online sales funnel and how it interacts and creates solutions;
• Are commercially focused and a clear, analytical thinker;
• Previous experience in media sales.
