The Ireland-registered company behind mobile phone game 'Candy Crush Saga' has made its New York Stock Exchange debut this afternoon.
King Digital is expecting more than 22 million shares to go on sale. They could raise nearly €240 million for the business.
'Candy Crush' is now the biggest game for users on Facebook. The company says it has 324 million average monthly unique users, as of December 31st 2013 - across web, social and mobile platforms.
It operates more than 180 titles in 14 languages.
The firm said last month that from the first quarter of 2012 to the fourth quarter of 2013, their revenue grew from €15.9 million to €437 million.
King announced plans to list on the NYSE under the ticker 'KING'. It has its registered headquarters in Dublin.
It also has six 'game studios' in Stockholm, Barcelona, Bucharest, Malmö and London - along with offices in San Francisco and Malta.
Some of their games include Candy Crush Saga, Farm Heroes Saga, Papa Pear Saga and Pet Rescue Saga.
