At least 20 people have died in twin bombings in Syria this morning.
According to state television, the blasts struck in a Damascus suburb that contains Syria's holiest Shi'ite Muslim shrine.
It's understood one of the blasts came from a car bomb while the second was from a suicide attacker.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a British-based monitoring group, says at least 20 people have been killed in the blasts.
